2) I have selected this particular exit strategy since I think that the demand for face masks will decline over time. I also think that owning a business doesn't line up with my plans after college. I also chose this strategy because owning a business ins't my passion. I don't think that I can successfully run a business with the resources and connections that I have.
3) I haven't really thought about an exit strategy until now. However, I knew that I wouldn't want to stay with the business for a long time. So I modeled my opportunity for fast growth, thinking about more short term goals than long term goals. Throughout designing my model, I had profit in mind. I also had environmental friendliness in mind as well.
Hi Alex,
ReplyDeleteI think that this makes a lot of sense for your idea. I feel that we are going to have to wear masks for the foreseeable future, so I think some health companies would jump at the opportunity to buy your idea. I think that many health companies realize that people like to help the environment so they would love to have your environmentally-friendly masks as a part of their product line.

Hi Will! I think your business idea sets up an excellent foundation for future entrepreneurs who are health-conscious as well as environmentally-conscious. The fact that your masks are environmentally-conscious will have provided you such a fantastic foundation going forward if you decide to make more environmentally conscious products. We don't know what the future holds, but there is hope for more products/services! Great job! I wish you the best!
